Limelight Premium Restoration is a process designed for severely damaged photographs or as preparations for our framed giclée artworks. Because of the additional expense involved, we do not recommend this for the bulk of your photographs.

Most photographs taken between 1900 and 1950 are truly works of art. Cameras in those days required a strong technical background; pictures were shot in studios, and beautifully developed and printed. Many of these old photos had distinctively delicate tones that are now faded. When restored to their original beauty these images make wonderfully compelling artworks. Let us create a collection of stunning framed artworks from your decaying albums.

Premium Restoration prices are determined on a per-photo basis, but generally range from $35-$100. Once we receive your prints, we'll speak with you on the phone to give you an exact quote.

Note: We do not use software filters to remove dust and scratches. These filters also remove important information and soften the image. Unwanted artifacts are individually removed by our retouching artists.

Giclée (zhee-clay) is the process of making fine art prints from a digital source using archival papers and inks through a large printer. It is the kind of print found find in high-end art stores, museums and galleries.
