Our standard restoration process involves four steps and is part of both our Family Restoration Package and Album Renewal Package:

1. Our technicians carefully inspect, crop and prepare your photographs.
2. Original tones are identified and restored.
3. Using our proprietary software, we tease out original color.
4. We remove remove red eye, mildew spots, small stains and scratches and perform minor repair work.

For major restoration (like significant tears), see our Premium Art Restoration.

Conservators are highly specialized professionals with access to the latest scientific techniques.

More information can be found at the American Institute for Conservation at http://aic.stanford.edu/

We straighten, crop and closely inspect each photograph, noting areas that will need special attention during the restoration process.

Our proprietary software can peer into hidden data in each photograph and pull out the original, beautiful tones.

As part of our restoration process we do not add color. Our software can detect and tease out much of the original colors.

Individual scratches, dust and stains are carefully removed. Major scratches and damage requires our premium restoration.
